Lion’s Pride Mentoring seeks to change Chicago’s educational landscape by helping more students graduate from high school and cultivate economic sustainability through the power of peer mentoring. Board Member duties & responsibilities:

As a member of the Lion’s Pride Mentoring Board of Directors, members are committing to providing strategic thought partnership and oversight, serving as a champion for the organization, and making the organization one of their top philanthropic priorities. Board members are required to:

• Attend 75% of quarterly board meetings
• Attend 75% of quarterly committee meetings
• Make a “best effort” to give or get $2,000
