Board Member duties & responsibilities:
As a member of the Lion’s Pride Mentoring Board of Directors, members are committing to providing strategic thought partnership and oversight, serving as a champion for the organization, and making the organization one of their top philanthropic priorities. Board members are required to:
- Attend 75% of quarterly board meetings
- Attend 75% of quarterly committee meetings
- Make a “best effort” to give or get $2,000
