Board Information: 

The Secretary shall see that all notices are properly given in accordance with the articles of incorporation and these bylaws and with the law. The Secretary shall keep the minutes of the meetings of the members and of the Board of Directors and shall see that such minutes are distributed to the appropriate persons. The Secretary shall have charge of the records of the corporation and shall see that these are kept in a lawful manner and in accordance with the articles of incorporation and these bylaws. 

The Treasurer shall have care and custody of all the moneys and securities of the corporation; receive and give receipts for money due and payable to the corporation from any source whatsoever; deposit all such moneys in the name of the corporation with such banks or other financial institutions as shall be approved by the Board of Directors. In addition, the Treasurer shall possess such authority as may be assigned by the Board of Directors and is usually incident to the office.

Board term & limits:

All Directors shall have a term of two (2) years, with the option to be elected for consecutive terms by majority vote of the Board of Directors. There are no limits on the number of consecutive terms.
