Heartfield Chicago’s mission is to empower women and their families by supplying direct assistance, referrals, and other resources within local Chicago communities. The mission is guided by the principle of each one, help one. Our target population is the racial and ethnic underserved community where our focus is any adult family member and /or child in need of community service, particularly eviction and homelessness.
